Please note that a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of your reservation must be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campground.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

I want to purchase insurance for my stay. How do I do that?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

How do I cancel my stay?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

A cancellation will be accepted only if cancellation insurance was purchased at the time of booking. Please call us or send an email to contact@campingquinquis.com to notify us of your cancellation.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, once you\u2019ve notified us, it\u2019s your responsibility to report your situation to your insurance provider.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

This is only possible if the reservation is made directly with us by phone or email. You can pay monthly at no extra charge until your arrival (please note that the balance for your stay must still be paid 30 days before arrival).<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Do we need to provide a security deposit for the mobile home upon arrival?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

A security deposit of 400 \u20ac will be required for the use of the mobile home.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

How do I pay the remaining balance for my reservation?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

We can send you an email containing a link to pay online with a credit card or by mail with a check<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Is there a checkout inspection?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

We do not conduct a checkout inspection, but we ask that you notify the front desk of your departure time no later than the day before your departure.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

What are the check-in and check-out times?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

FOR RENTALS:<\/p>\n

During the off-season:<\/strong> Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. If you\u2019d like to extend your stay until 5:00 p.m. and the mobile home isn\u2019t booked for the next guest, this is possible for an additional fee of \u20ac40 per rental (available only on weekends).<\/p>\n

During peak season<\/strong>: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.<\/p>\n

We\u2019d like to remind you that we\u2019re able to give you the keys to your rental units as early as 4:00 p.m. because all our guests adhere to the 10:00 a.m. checkout time. Thank you for your cooperation.<\/p>\n

FOR PITCHING SPOTS:<\/p>\n

During the off-season:<\/strong> Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. If you\u2019d like to arrive earlier, that\u2019s possible. Just let us know when you make your reservation. For an additional fee of \u20ac10, you can check in between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Maximum capacity of a campsite or mobile home<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Please note that a baby counts as one person physically present on your campsite or in your rental unit. This means that if you rent a mobile home for 6 people, the baby counts as one person. The number of people allowed must not exceed the mobile home\u2019s capacity for safety and insurance reasons.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Is there space to park our vehicle on our rental\u2019s site?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

We allow up to two vehicles on your site (or one vehicle, depending on the site). Please be sure to provide us with your license plate number before your arrival.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

What should I do if I\u2019m arriving late?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

We have a procedure for check-ins. There are two options: you can let us know by calling us so we can add a note to your file, or we\u2019ll call you before the front desk closes if we see that you haven\u2019t arrived yet. We have a key box where we\u2019ll place your welcome envelope with the keys and a map of the campground. The code for the key box will be sent to you via text message on the day of your arrival.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Can we reserve a grill, refrigerator, crib, etc.?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Yes, that\u2019s possible\u2014just let us know before your arrival so we can make sure we have the items in stock. The cost of any additional purchases will be due upon your arrival.<\/p>\n

Please note that a security deposit will be required for the rental of the refrigerator and the barbecue, and if these items are not cleaned upon return, the deposit may be forfeited.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Do you allow pets in the rentals?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

Yes, we accept only dogs\u2014excluding Category 1 and 2 breeds\u2014upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination record. An additional fee of \u20ac5 per day will be charged during your stay.<\/p>\n

Please note that pets must be kept on a leash within the campground and must not be left alone in your accommodations.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

No, the mobile homes are equipped with comforters and pillows. You\u2019ll need to bring your own sheets and bath towels. If you\u2019d like to pack lighter, we offer sheet and towel rentals.<\/p>\n

Here are the rates: Single-person sheet rental: \u20ac12 \/ Double-person sheet rental: \u20ac16 \/ Towel rental: \u20ac7 per set<\/p>\n

If you\u2019d like to take advantage of this option, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival (especially for July and August)<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Is the pool included in our rental?<\/p>\n <\/H3>\r\n\r\n

Yes, we have two pools and a wading pool, open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., from May 5 to September 5, 2027.<\/p>\n

Please note that children must remain under parental supervision. For hygiene reasons, we require appropriate swimwear (swim trunks or boxer shorts for men; one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women).<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n
